Rich joined our staff in 2008, after having served churches in
Brookfield, Wisconsin and Elmhurst, Illinois. He received a BA from the
university of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana), a master of Divinity from
McCormick Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from the
Chicago Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Margaret, live in the

 | Katie Lancaster is our Associate Pastor. Katie comes to us from the Indianapolis area, after spending a year as a
chaplain at Grinnell College (Iowa). She attended McCormick
Theological Seminary in Chicago. Her main areas of specialization are
in education and missions ministry, and she shares in the
all-around pastoral duties for the congregation. Katie and her husband

 | Ryan is our Director of Music at FCCLG. He directs the choirs (adult, youth and children), conducts the handbell choirs, and coordinates all things musical at FCCLG. Ryan was born and raised in
Beverly on the South Side of Chicago. He attended Morgan Park Academy,
and then studied at Milliken University where he received degrees in
vocal performance and business management. During his time at Milliken,
he served as the music director at Westminister Presbyterian Church in
Decatur for two years. When Ryan is not at FCCLG, he sings with the Chicago Symphony Chorus,
Grant Park Symphony Chorus, Music of the Baroque and records for GIA

 | Susan Klotzbach is our organist at FCCLG. Susan is with us on Sundays, and during the week, she serves as the University Organist at Illinois Wesleyan. Her music brings life and light to our services of worship. She received her Master and Doctorate of Organ degree from the Eastman
School of Music in Rochester, NY. Her Bachelor of Music degree is from
the University of Iowa.
